Kookoo the Bird Girl
Minnie Woolsey (Kookoo the bird girl) performed as a sideshow freak for several decades. Born in 1880, she was afflicted with a rare condition called nanocephaly which resulted in her small scale head. She was also blind, mentally handicapped, toothless and nearly hairless. She made a brief appearance in the legendary 1937 film Freaks.
